cart showing up blank

customers are reporting that after adding many items to their cart it shows as blank, and they cannot edit/view/check out.

Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

Is there a way to disable the pop out cart and instead when customer click cart icon it sends them to:

http://www.mysite.com/cart
