qingpeisuParticipantI created a section template. When setting the display conditions, I chose to display in category. After opening it, I found that the category content was the category in the demo data, not my own category. By the way, I would like to ask how to globally insert a short description with customizable images and text colors according to the category. Does our theme provide relevant settings? How should I achieve this requirement? Looking forward to your reply, thank you very much.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi qingpeisu,
Thanks for reaching to us.
According to the screenshot, you are using Elementor template if so I kindly recommend to contact their support for more details https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/elementor/
I kindly recommend you to use Custom Product layout, which is built with WoodMart WooCommerce builder. Further, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

qingpeisuParticipantHello WoodMart Support Team,
Thanks a lot! The “Product layout” is definitely what I want. But now I have another proplem.
I’m using the Layouts feature to create a single-page design where:
The left column contains a gallery (sticky using “Sticky Column” or Elementor’s “Sticky” effect).
The right column has scrollable content.Desired Behavior:
Because I want products from different brands to display different brand content, I need to create a single product layout for each brand.1. The left gallery should remain sticky only while the right content is scrolling.
2.When the right content reaches its bottom, the left gallery should stop being sticky and scroll with the page.Could you tell me how to achieve this? Thanks a lot.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi qingpeisu,
You are using custom layouts for a single product page, which is built with the WoodMart WooCommerce builder. Navigate to Layouts > select Container widget > Advanced tab > and turn on
Sticky container
option. https://ibb.co/ks3V80QzFurther, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

qingpeisuParticipantHi,
Thank you very much. I have another question. I created a template with elemtor. In order to facilitate global modification in the future, I used short code to import the template in the product tag product description interface. It displays normally on computers and tablets, but abnormally on mobile phones. The template content has two parts, the woocommerce gallery on the top and the table on the bottom. These two parts cannot be displayed normally on mobile phones. Either the two parts are separated very far, or they overlap partially. How can I solve it? Thank you very much.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi qingpeisu,
I tested on my phone and it looked well https://www.mediafire.com/file/527pw6jhrhftx4b/RPReplay_Final1753426205.MP4/file
I kindly recommend you to purge the cache of CDN, disable CloudFlare CDN temporarily and double check the issue.

qingpeisuParticipantHi,
I saw the video you posted, it’s not here, you need to scroll down. It’s not here in the main gallery. Please check again.

qingpeisuParticipantI checked again and found that only the template that referenced the widget “woocommerce product gallery” would cause garbled text on the mobile phone. Is it because the gallery is dynamic content? If so, how can I add a global gallery for a certain category of products?

qingpeisuParticipantI tested the “basic gallery” and “gallery” widgets and found that the “basic gallery” widget had no formatting errors, while the “gallery” widget had formatting errors. This should be a responsive error. Can you help me adjust it? I tend to use the “gallery” widget because it can set different numbers of columns for computers, tablets, and mobile phones.
