Catalog Mode: how to send One Product inquire or even the Wishlist?

I’m working in Catalog Mode.
Is it possible to add a button ‘Send inquire” in a single product AND in the wishlist.
For exemple.. A person is visiting the website. She likes Product A and click in a button “Ask Rental Price”, filling some form with name, email, etc. And the website owner receives a message with all the details.
Or a persons could add products to wishilist and then send an inquire with all products.

1. Create a form with the drop-down of the products to chose or a field to insert the product.
2. Create HTML block and add this form inside of a popup element https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/#before_after
3. Then add this HTML block into the Theme Settings > Product page.
