Categories in page title

I have 20 category, but I want to be in see in page title on desktop just 6

Please advise what category menu do you mean. Some menu has the option to limit the number of categories and some do not.

Man i want to see just 6 not all of main category!

You can find this option in the Theme settings > Shop > Sidebar and titles.
