Categories in Top Menu and Left Menu missing

I am missing all our Category tree on let and Top Menu.

I already switch back to the Woodmart Theme instead of the Child theme, but still they are missing.

I have tried to login to your website but was unable to login.

I saw the screenshot you attached. Please deactivate all the third party plugins. Check its functionality by activating some default WordPress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme.

If it behaves well with the default WordPress theme. Then provide the correct admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

I have found that you have not assigned the products to the categories that is why they are not showing on the frontend. Also, you have not translated all the categories in both English and German Language, you should translate all of them into both languages also the products as well.

I am sure your issue will be solved. For more help with explanation, please ask the WPML support to guide you with the help of the documentation. As you know the support policy that we only give our dedicated support for the theme related issues not for the 3rd party plugins.

1. But why they are not shown in their Hierachy ? As we have an Hierachy before they were displayed in the Hierachy.

2. And what about the Footer. Did you change the Footer as it is mismatched now.

1) To display the categories on the sidebar in hierarchy you need to enable the option show hierarchy from Appearance >> Widgets.

2) And for the footer I haven’t made any changes to your website. Please Reconfigure it according to your requirements.

I think you didnt get my Point.
They are displayed but not in “Hierachy”.
Even in the Widget I have activated the Hierachy checkmark.
Please check the Screenshot I send you before they are just displayed but not in Hierachry.

I tried that and swith to Parent theme. It is all messed up.
It is now displaying the Categories sepearely and again in the last Section “scarlet” it is dispaying them again.

I saw the screenshots you attached. Unfortunately, you could not edit the login/register page because its WooCommerce functionality and out theme doesn’t influence this. Because it is coming from a shortcode. It requires customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
