Category banner is not showing

Where is the option to show the category banner?
I have added a banner to my category here: https://prnt.sc/s47gt0
But it is not showing in category page: https://prnt.sc/s47ha8
Please tell me how to fix this.

I saw the screenshot you attached and visited the URL you provided. It seems that you have disabled the page title for the shop page that’s why the image for category heading is not displayed.
Please make sure that you enabled the shop page title from Theme Settings >> Shop >> Sidebar & Page Title.

I have logged into your website and it seems that there is no shop page on your website that’s why the categories banner is not working for the categories. Actually the shop and categories pages are controlled by WooCommerce and our theme doesn’t influence this.
It seems that you have set both the front page and the shop page the same as why it’s behaving like that. Please make separate page for the shop page and then check back this will fix the issue. Because the pages used as the front page cannot display the titles this is default WordPress functionality.
