Category banner move to prefooter

Hi there! Please tell if it is possible to move “Category banner” for example default “[html_block id =" 311 "]” to move from top to bottom, in area prefooter. Maybe there are some more options?
I added [html_block id = "311"] in the prefooter settings, it appeared in the right place but it will be static for all categories, I need another banner in separate categories

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.
It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
