Category description

Hello! I need to fix description of product categories. When i go to category description it’s empty. But on website it has a description. How to fix it?

Try to do the following to update the theme:

1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.
2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

It’s not helping. When I deactivate theme. Go to dashboard and click update, it shows error. Then when I go to activate theme it’s already active. Multiple times trying this not helping.

It was an issue with the sidebar in the home page . Navigate to Pages > Edit Home page and in the bottom of the page settings disable the sidebar. Also the category description is not showing on the frontend.

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated, and let me know I will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

You are using the custom css for these icons. Try to use our theme icons or use font awesome icons. Navigate to Theme Settings > Typography > Icons fonts and check our theme icons.

You are using the custom css for the phone number and email section. Navigate to Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS and edit the following CSS:

.header__phone {
    display: block;
    font-size: 18px;
    font-weight: 500;
    line-height: 20px;
}
.header__mail {
    display: block;
    font-size: 16px;
    line-height: 20px;
    font-weight: 600;
    font-family: Open Sans, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
