Is it possible to access the category images (Image for the category page title, Image for categories navigation, Image for header menu) on a elementor product archive page?

Sorry but there is no such option in Theme Settings for that.

You can try using out Layout builder:

No, it requires customization in the theme php files. You should hire a developer to do this.
