You need to set your Primary color option in Theme Settings -> Styles & Colors. We don’t see a problem with main menu, please send us some screenshot.

We have fixed the main menu problem in the latest update. You can update the theme or simple paste this code to the Custom CSS section in Theme Settings

.header-categories .main-nav .menu li.menu-item-design-full-width>.sub-menu-dropdown {
    margin-top: -78px;
}
