Category Menu not showing on mobile

Hi there, for some reasons, the Category Menu is not showing on mobile despite having activated it (I’ve activated it in WoodMart > Header Builder > Mobile version of header > Show Category Menu – See screenshot). Anything else I need to do?

Hello,

I saw the screenshot you attached.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details of the website with the permissions to debug then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.
