Where can I change the option to leave the ‘browse categories’ menu always opened at the homepage?

You can find this option in the page editing mode in the setting: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/options-for-pages/

You will need to enable this option: Open categories menu – Always shows categories navigation on this page.
