There are 2 things can caused that:
1. Please make sure you didn’t select same categories for all products.
2. You are using Custom WooCommerce Builder layouts, which is part of WooCommerce Builder from WoodMart.
Navigate to Layouts > edit the condition of product layout and configure the elements in the layout.

3. If still an issue persists, I kindly ask that you please move your site online and provide me temporary wp-admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password) to the Private Content area, this will allow me to thoroughly investigate and address your concerns more efficiently.
