    Hello

When creating category text for product categories, navigating to page 2 removes the text? Then when I navigate back to the original page, the text still doesn’t appear.

For example, text below the product grid can be seen here – http://dev.jollysjewellers.com/shop/for-her/

    The text isn’t visible here – http://dev.jollysjewellers.com/shop/for-her/page/2/

When clicking the < button or page 1, the text still doesn’t appear?

I can only presume this is by design but is there a way to stop it from removing text? If not, is there a benefit to this?

    Many thanks

    Hello,

I have visited the URLs you provided. Please describe in detail where you are trying to add the categories text and where you are trying to display it with some relevant screenshots to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Best Regards.

    Hello

I’ve taken a screen recording of it which can be found at the following link – https://streamable.com/uwjwk

As you can see, the text is there which I’ve entered for this category but when navigating to page 2, it disappears. Then when navigating back to the first page/same URL it’s still not there. The only way to get the text to appear again is by refreshing the page.

    Many thanks

    Hello,

I watched the video you attached. Please Go to Woodmart >> CSS Generator >> Generate CSS.

    Clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues then provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Best Regards.

    Hello

I have done this and the issue still persists. I did test it on the Woodmart demo as well to see if it was on there and it does the same in the demo categories.

The login credentials are attached in private content.

    Many thanks

    Hello,

I have deactivated all the third party plugins and the categories description text is appearing on the products and when we come back from page 2 to page 1 it’s working fine as well.

Please clear cache and check back.

It is not displaying for the second page because it doesn’t set to display the categories text for the sub-categories that’s why it’s behaving like this. Its default WooCommerce functionality.

    Best Regards.

    Hello

Yes it’s appearing now for changing between different pages.

I do however need these third party plugins so I will reactivate them to see what the issue is.

As for not displaying on the second page, on our current website it does display on all pages? https://www.jollysjewellers.com/shop/jewellery/pendants/page/2/

Is there a way to set it to display across other pages within the same category? i.e. page 2,3,4 etc

    Many thansk

    Hello,

I have visited the URL you provided.

Yes you can try activating the plugins one by one and find out which plugin is causing the issue.

As I mentioned in my previous reply it is set to be displayed only for the products of the category in which the description is added. To display it for all the pages you need to add the description to all the sub-categories as well.

Unfortunately there is no option in theme settings available for that, Because It’s WooCommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence it.

    Best Regards.
