    Hi there,

I’ve updated to the latest version of the theme and the shop widgets seem to have broken styles and functionality.

    Thanks,

    Hello,

Please try installing the Classic widgets plugin then add the widget to the sidebar and check back.

    Hi Aizaz,

Thanks, but it didn’t make a difference.

There seems to be an upload error. I’ve added a link in the private content.

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the third party plugins then check back. If the problem still continues then leave all the third party plugins and tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

    Best Regards

    Hi there,

I’ve already tried deactivating all the plugins but that didn’t fix it.

    Thanks,
    Dragos

Right, I misunderstood. I’ve now deactivated all the plugins that I can without completely breaking the site’s functionality, such as WooCommerce.

    Thanks,
    Dragos

Just to confirm, feel free to deactivate anything you need to investigate this. I took a backup.

The only one I’m aware it will break the site is ACF as the child theme is dependent on it.

    Thanks,
    Dragos

    Hello,

As all the third party plugins are deactivated on your website the issue is not coming.

    Hello,

I’ve already sent a screenshot and recorded a video showing that my issue is on the Customizer page, not in the Dashboards/Widgets.

    Thanks,

    Hello,

This interface for the Customizer is not optimized yet.

Please try adding widgets from Appearance >> Widgets. We will try to improve it in our future updates.

    Best Regards
