    In single post how i can change this H1 BLOG HTML tag, by one h4 ? Only in single post

    Yes, sorry, we are using H3 tag for the title, not H1.

    Sorry, we got you wrong. This page title can be changed only globally for all pages. Find the code in the file inc/template-tags.php.
