Change categories URL

Hi!
1) How to change / remove the first part of categories URL? It’s default and shows for every category, I don’t want it there.
2) How to remove a certain category from the list?

Please check available settings in Dashboard > Settings.

Navigate to Product > Categories and delete the categories you do not need.
