Change color of shopping cart advice

Hey,
what to I which value do I have to change, if I only want to change the color of the wishlist and shopping cart advice and is it possible to hide it, if the value is zero?

Unfortunately, there is no option to hide the icons if the value is zero.

You can edit these icons in the Header builder.

I don’t mean the icon itself, I mean the counter attached to it. I wrote some custom css to change the color. Is there an event that fires, when the user changes his wishlist by the way?

The counter cannot appear and disappear depending on its value as well.
