You can set the Arabic language of your website in Dasbboard > Settings > General.

If you want to translate your site into Arabic, you can translate/rewrite all theme and plugin texts via PO file in WordPress. Please check the video tutorial to see how to save the translation file correctly. You can remove the plugin and translations would remain. Also, translations would remain after each theme update.

You can change the font by means of the Advanced typography option, which allows to choose the item from a drop-down or insert your custom CSS class. Please navigate to the Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced Typography.

I do not understand.

If you want to change the font, all the fonts are changed and configured in Theme Settings > Typography or in the Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced Typography.

If you want to replace English text to Arabian you need to use the Loco plugin.

If it is not what you need please explain clearly your purpose.

If you want to set the fonts, they are set in the Theme Settings > Typography.

It is not possible to have one font for the English version and another font for Arabic.

All the fonts are set for the site globally.
