1. You want to add the products on hover the category in the page title?
2. You can change the footer text color from Theme Settings >> Footer section.
3. I think it is a cache issue from one of you. Please delete the browser cache both of you and then check the site. I am not able to check your site because of the coming soon mode. If you will send me the WP admin login details of your site so I will check the issue.

1) To sort the product you need to change the order from the backend from Products >> Categories by drag and drop.
