Change Menu with Icon Text

I’ve tried finding if there was an easy way of doing this but rather than the icon with “Menu” is there a way to change it? I’d like it to be the icon with the text “Browse” for example. This is for the mobile menu when using the Header Builder.

Checking back in on this. Is there something that can be added in the child theme for example to change the text “Menu” to something like “Browse” or “Shop Categories”?
