String translation using Loco translate and products visibility

after installing the Woodmart theme and all the necessary plugins and after the Demo import, it happened that I no longer see a single product on the Shop page. I really don’t know what could have happened but this is the first time I get this kind of message, which you can see in the screenshot.

Another problem is related to the translation of Strings with the help of the Loco translate plugin. It translated most of the strings, but the ones I underlined, which are located under the categories, it simply does not display in Serbian!

01. Try to disable the maintenance mode in WooCommerce Settings > Site visibility and check the issue.

02. Please use the Loco Translate plugin on your site. After installing the plugin please Navigate to Loco >> Themes >> Woodmart >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.

01. The sync is needed when you will not find any string in the translation files. After the theme update, some words are added in the theme translation file so it is important to sync the file again. You will not lose the old translation because of the sync. If you still not found the words, please share the WP admin login details of your site so I can check why the strings are not found in the translation files.

02. Navigate to Pages > Edit page and in the bottom of the page settings check the page title option and upload the page title image for a specific page.

The next thing I need help with is: when hovering over one size i need to see what the dimensions are. I simply did not manage to set on the product attributes, which refer to sizes, that the correct dimension appears above, for example, size S.

You can enable the tooltip for variation swatches from Theme Settings > Performance > JS > Advanced scripts Control> set the Tooltips library Always Load.

Did you even look at the screenshot from one of the previous posts that shows exactly which attributes are important to shows Tooltips ? Do you even read carefully what I write to you or just reply to get rid of me as soon as possible???

Be sure that all your attributes terms has “Enable swatch” option checked and don’t have images and colors in Dashboard -> Products -> Attributes -> configure terms. If you are using text swatches then tooltips will not be shown since they just duplicate the content.

I was able to import that section from one of the sites i worked on before, however instead of showing the containers it shows the section in columns and inner sections. That’s the first problem we need to solve.

Another problem, one column disappears completely when I switch from Desktop to mobile view, please see the screenshot and video.

Can you help me to solve this problem because I need it to be seen on mobile devices. I would also like to know why it is disappearing, what is causing it…
