change of position

hi im beginner in WordPress i dont know much about css coding so please help me in this, i need to swap the psoition of two rows which i have referred in the attached pic . i need the content in the red box to be placed below the black box

I saw the screenshot you attached.

Sorry but it is not possible with simple Custom CSS. It will also require customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
