Change Position and Color on Single Product Page of “Estimated Delivery”

Hi Team

I want to change the Position of the “Estimated Delivery” to the “before add to cart” section. Tryed with Shortcodes but cant find out what the shortcode for it is. Its good for customers to see the estimated delivery before the add to cart button. Is there a way to change this? Also i want to change the Color of the Text to “Green” or something other so its more highlighted. If there would be a shortcode, i can handle this with HTML-Block “Before Cart”
