Change position of basel-sticky-sidebar-opener

Hi there,

I tried to move the sticky sidebar, but the CSS edit works only if I use it on the Basel setup page. I’d prefer to use it inside the style.css

What am I doing wrong?

What I’d like to do is clear. Take a look to the code! I just want to move the sidebar sticky cursor on the blog to another vertical position. It is usually fixed at 30% from the top. I want to move it at 80%.

My edit works perfectly, but it works only if I set it inside the Global CSS on the theme setup. Why it doesn’t work on the style.css of the child theme?
