Change price with 2 or 3 products

Hello
I want to ask if with your theme i can do that i saw in picture.
Under first description of the product if i can make a choise for the customer if buy 2 products or 3 products the value to change and maybe with a picture.
Do i need a plugin? do you have something like that?
