Change product query on shop page

Hi dear support service.
How can I set some products on shop in first page at the top? I want my x y z products are in the first shop page and on the top. I want another query by the way. I want to send out of stock products the bottom of last shop page. Please help me

You can change your products order in Dashboard -> Products -> Sorting and simply drag and drop them https://gyazo.com/a143b7f02b34f6185004b3473cf30cfc
As for out of stock products, there is no such option in our theme and WooCommerce by default. It may require additional code customization or extra plugin but we don’t have an instruction for this.
