Change search form on search page to search all post types-products, pages, etc.

The search form on search page is set to search only posts. I want to change to search everything – all post types – pages, products, posts.

How can I achieve that? Also, can I change the search page or make custom one, like 404 page?

Unfortunately, such customization as you want for the search is not included in our support.

I thought this is a matter of a little editing of the code and replacing “post_type=post” with “post_type=any”.

Can you FIX this in the next update because it is just ridiculous how the search is working and you are not helping your users at all.

A quick search on google how to change the wordpress search page gives us the answer.
