Change the content of the website

I don\\\’t need the \\\”CATEGORIES\\\” section, as well as the drop-down submenus for \\\”HOME\\\”, \\\”SHOP\\\”, and \\\”BLOG\\\”. How should I proceed?The content within the red frame in the picture, including the contents of the drop-down menus, are all things I don\\\’t need.
