1- Regarding changing the word, please try using the Loco Translate plugin on your Site following the Documentation Guide: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/translate-woodmart-theme-with-loco-translate/

2- Actually, these are Categories in Page Title. It picks up the Categories created on your Site under the Dashboard > Products > Categories. So, the Categories that are created on your Site show here.

Regarding changing Icons on these, you need to go to Dashboard > Product > Categories > there edit the Category > and in that you can find the option, Image for the category page title: https://snipboard.io/4duXnt.jpg
