Changes appear after many hours

    Hi, it’s been about 2 months that my site created with Woodmart has not updated the contents correctly. If I make a change to the homepage, the change will appear after many hours that it has been saved.

    I tried to update to the latest version 8.0.6 but there were problems in the footer that became white. I loaded version 7.6 and it went back to how it was before.

    I don’t understand why this happens, has it already happened to anyone?

    For example, I duplicated the pink Valentine banner on the homepage, after it was saved, I reload the homepage and the change is not there. After several hours it will be visible but it is not normal.

    Also look at the menu, it seems that it is not loaded, the correct font and icons are missing.
    Same thing in the footer, usually it is green with white writing, now it is completely white.
    I tried to load the latest version of the template but nothing changes, now I put 7.6 back.

    I attach some screenshots to show you how it usually looks and how it looks now.

    How can I send you user access to check the problem?

    Hello,

    You see your changes after some time because you have some kind of cache on your website. It is not a problem of the theme and you can test it with any other theme on your website. This cache is either added by some of the installed plugins or configured directly on your hosting server.

    Thanks, I disabled the cache plugin and it seems to work.
    I also ask you about this problem, if I try to change the template settings and save, it does not record the change. I send you an example video, I changed the footer text from dark to light. As you can see I save but it remains dark.
    I also tried with other functions, it does not save the changes.

    I changed the parameters but it still doesn’t work.
    Now I also see the footer completely white and the header does not load the icons on the right.. how do I solve it?

    Please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and send us your FTP access so we can check what is wrong.

    I deactivated all the plugins, I left only the “page under maintenance” one active.

    Strange, but we can’t connect to your server with FTP after a few hours. Could you please check it from your end or generate a new one?

    I just tried to log in with Filezilla and it works.
    I only have this access for FTP, can you try again?

    I have the last question, in the purchase section there are some parts that remain in English even though the site is set to Italian, is it possible to resolve this?
