Changing fonts makes site break down

Hi,

Since I’m working on translation to add arabic language to the shop. I’ve tried to switch fonts to set it on “cairo” and I had to restore backup files more than 3 times. Because each time I modified default fonts and saved changes on theme’s dashboard, I looked back to site frontend and found that I’ve lost all contents. please, Can you help me to fix that ?
