Changing tab order on the product page

We would like to change the tab order in a product page.

For example in this page : https://hiwayaty.com/product/arcane-poupee-arc-en-ciel/

We would like to put “INFOS DU VENDEUR” (it is the vendor detail tab) the first tab and the defaulted opened one .

Other thing how to add the phone number in the vendor details tab.

The default Woocommerce does not provide such an option. You will have to find a plugin or customize Woocommerce.
