How i can add a grey background or check the radio button when paiement method is selected please.

Unfortunately, there is no such option to change the background or check the radio button on the checkout page.

Actually, the checkout page is a part of the default WooCommerce functionality and our theme does not influence this. So It can be customized with additional code or some third party plugins. You can try a plugin for this purpose.
