    Hi,

    Is there a possibility to make a second checkbox at checkout page so customers can agree on the terms & conditions and agree on the Privacy Policy? ( as the new GDPR insists on giving customers this option)

    Hello,

    The default WooCommerce does not provide such an option. You will have to customize or find a plugin.
