Problem with checkout redirection in the store

Hello, support team,

I recently installed a new checkout system in my online store, but I am facing an issue. When I click the button to complete the purchase, the Woodmart theme checkout starts to load before redirecting to the checkout that I installed. I would like to know if it is possible to make the button go directly to the checkout that I installed, without going through the Woodmart checkout.

Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

Let us know if the problem occurs only at WoodMart.

Please insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.

Please, confirm the permission for plugin deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

I activated the Storefront theme and noticed the same behavior: before loading the installed checkout, it starts to load the WooCommerce checkout, and only after that does it load the installed checkout.

You can perform the necessary tests; I hope you find a solution for my case.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
Switch to the parent theme and check.

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
