I noticed that when I messed up my card number on a test order it reset the page and required me to put all my info back in the boxes again? Is this something that can be changed?

Most websites these days save that info if you make a mistake in your card.

We just tested your checkout page and see that if we don’t enter all information except name & surname and click “Place order” then we get errors but filled fields are not empty. So we don’t see the problem

I just tested the checkout page again and had the same issue.

I had all my information in and hit Checkout. I had forgotten the address field and it caused the Credit Card information to reset. I had to put the address in and re-enter the card info again.

Is this normal and can it be changed?

Yes, it is normal and can’t be fixed in a scope of our theme.

How would I go about fixing this?

Try to contact plugin’s developers for help. Since it is not our theme feature we don’t have a fix for this, sorry.
