You use Gutenberg for the Checkout page. In order to disable it, edit this page and remove all Gutenberg blocks. Then define such a shortcode for the checkout: https://take.ms/8yG9B and check the issue.
I need to use the blocks checkout not the shortcode. Because it has the local pick option.
So, where is the issue? The issue is that your theme messes up its styles.
Try to use the Theme’s Layout Builder you can create Custom Layouts for WooCommerce pages like Shop, Category, Single Product page, Cart, and Checkouts. You can use that to create your own custom layouts for these pages.
I want to use the default blocks checkout because it works well with the local pickup.

The classic shortcut is not needed.

How to solve it?
Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
