The recent version of the theme suggests a custom template on the Thank you page. You can find the option in the Theme Settings > Shop > Thank you page.

Create the page from scratch and set it as the Thank you page in the Theme Settings.

The changing of the default Woocoommerce page requires complicated customization which is not covered by our support.
