i am trying to put an option for invoice on the checkout with some extra textfields but i cant seem to find the how to edit the checkout page or at least put these options on my eshop

By default, WooCommerce doesn’t provide built-in options to customize the checkout page fields extensively — especially for things like adding an invoice option or extra text fields. You need to find a plugin for this purpose.

You can only remove the fields in the Theme Settings.
