Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

Then check the settings of the plugin, perhaps it has the option to deactivate for the checkout.

If you mean My Account of Woocoomerce this page is in Dashboard pages and you can configure it in the Woocommerce > Settings > Account and Privacy.

You can translate/rewrite all theme and plugin texts via PO file in WordPress. Here is a video tutorial that should help you translate your website texts with a Loco Translate plugin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3NsDdMzsls&list=PLMw6W4rAaOgKKv0oexGHzpWBg1imvrval&index=3

Please check the video tutorial to see how to save the translation file correctly. You can remove the plugin and translations would remain. Also, translations would remain after each theme update.

There is no option to change the URL for the logo, you can show the Image and assign the custom URL to it. You can do it by means of text block.

The buttons are edited in the Theme Settings > Styles and colors > Buttons. Alternatively, buttons are edited by custom CSS. Let me know if you need help with custom CSS.
