checkout steps translation

Hi,

I created a website in Polish using the Organic Farm theme. My WooCommerce is set to Polish, and almost all of the content appears correctly in that language. However, the “Checkout steps” element and the “Shopping cart” sidebar title are still displayed in English.

How can I change these elements to Polish as well?
