Checkout stuck

we are making gift card i use 2 plugin but both have same issue on checkout stuck i received order confirmations but customer not receive any email i use pw gift and yith gift both have same issue can you please tell me ehich plugin compatible for this option or how i can solve i already attached screen shoot also
