CHILD THEME

Dear Concern,

I would like to know the functionalities of a child theme.

Why is it used? Do I need to activate it? Do I need to make changes in the child theme only?

Or, I use only the main theme?

It is beneficial I understand. But that would not be helpful unless I realize the how-to, right?

We recommend installing a child theme as all the settings and customizations would remain the same after theme update.
