Both are very, very slow. I also got this message a couple of times when I’m using multiple tabs:
Resource Limit Is Reached
The website is temporarily unable to service your request as it exceeded resource limit. Please try again later.
Can you please explain to me what I can do? I’ve already used WP cache etc.

So please, make sure that you did all steps described in the above article for increasing the page speed.
As for the “Insufficient Storage” error, you should contact your hosting provider for increasing the server memory.
