I need to define the size of h1 and h2 heading using css class like font size 16px for only h1 and h2 anything inside wc-tab-inner.

Could you please tell me how can I define that.

You would better change the font by means of an Advanced typography option, which allows to choose the item from a drop-down or insert your custom CSS class. Please navigate to the Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced Typography.

It is not possible to replace the tags, you can change the style of the header: size, color, and font-weight.
