Clicking Plugins Redirects to Redux About Page

Hello,
I just purchased and installed Basel and also installed Basel Child. Whenever I click “Plugins” I am redirected to the Redux Framework “About” page. The only way I’ve found to get past this is to disable the Redux plugin entirely via FTP, which obviously isn’t a good solution.
To be clear, when I click to go to:
http://www.augustroad.com/cedarcreek/wp-admin/plugins.php
I cannot access the typical Plugins page and am immediately redirected to:
http://www.augustroad.com/cedarcreek/wp-admin/tools.php?page=redux-about
Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any help.
