Close button at header banner not working

Hi,

I have activ the banner header on my website but If I check the option to enable the “x” close button it does not work.

I mean you can see the “x” to close the header but is not clickeable.

Could you help please?

Hello,

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
