Closing all tab on single product page for mobile only

Is it possible for mobile ONLY to have all tabs on single product page closed?

I have read the article and trying to create a rule to have all tabs on the single product page closed (for mobile only), but this does not seem achievable in this section.

Also (due to Elise messing my customized product page), the tabs now looks different on desktop/mobile with no tabs seen in mobile. Please see in private content area.

After setting the rules you need to set the tabs to all close from Theme Settings >> Single Product >> Tabs.

I did the settings as you mentioned, however my tabs in mobile are still showing as “scrolling/tabs” due to the issue with Elise messing my single products page.

The issue of the Tabs layout is caused by the Single product Layout that you have set. Please try removing the Single product layout from Dashboard >> Layouts. Then check back.

Sorry but the layout of tabs while using layout builder cannot be controlled by Theme Settings. If you want to use Single product layout then you can either have tabs or accordion layout for the single product tabs.

Please don’t blame our other support agents as they help you to achieve your requirements in the possible ways. 🙂

Please understand my frustration as my single product layout was completely different and customized by myself already. Elise did edit something on that single product page which set my single page layout to default and I lost all my customizations.

I had the accordion tabs for my mobile single product page before the mess up as seen here: https://snipboard.io/WBneIk.jpg

Now it’s not in accordion as seen here: https://snipboard.io/Ze1LQK.jpg

Yes, If you delete the new single product layout created then it will go to the default previous state.

I have added 2 product tabs elements in the Single product layout you created and made one to tabs and other to accordion. And hidden the accordion tabs on Desktop and the Simple tabs on Mobile and Tablet.
