code on terms and conditions

hello, on checkout page on terms and conditions, why does the content show like this? https://i.imgur.com/UOXxhRJ.png
on page backend it shows normal https://i.imgur.com/apMCy7X.png and also on frontend page https://i.imgur.com/Ns0cG7Q.png.
any idea please?

By default, WooCommerce doesn’t support shortcodes in terms and conditions. We suggest you create a separate page for that and use only plain text there. It would be much easier and that area doesn’t need a lot of texts.

where and what sould it do please?

Please add the text using the default wordpress editor and don’t use the WpBakery page builder elements.
